Compressed natural gas station opens in Tremonton Tuesday
TREMONTON — A new compressed natural gas station opening here will serve as a stop for the “CNG Cross-Country Road Trip.”
Today at 4 p.m., Utah Clean Cities Coalition and Tremonton city leaders will welcome the “Clean Across America & Back 2012 CNG Road Trip” to Utah at the grand opening of the CNG station at RJ’s Fuel Stop, 2267 W. Main St.
The new station was made possible by the efforts of CNG America, Utah Clean Cities Coalition and the state.The cross-country CNG road trip highlights the accessibility of CNG throughout the U.S. and the benefits of using the natural gas that sells for $1.49 per gallon.
