A Utahn through and through, Emily grew up on the slopes of the Wasatch Range. She graduated from the University of Utah focusing on Urban Ecology and Sustainable Environmental Studies. Prior to joining Utah Clean Cities, she worked with local nonprofit organizations around the valley and has helped develop and implement successful projects furthering great organizations.

Emily specializes in Fleet and Organizational work and assist Members to adopt and transition to cleaner alternative transportation methods. She also works on grant and incentive opportunities, both state-wide and federally, to secure funding for Utah Clean Cities Members. Starting in 2020, Emily leads the East Zion National Park EV Shuttle System Project granted through the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) Department of Energy (DOE) Vehicle Technology Program.
