Bipartisan Infrastructure Law of 2021
On Nov. 15, 2021, President Biden signed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117-58, also known as the “Bipartisan Infrastructure Law”) into law. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) provides $550 billion over fiscal years 2022 through 2026 in new federal investment in infrastructure, including roads, bridges, mass transit, water infrastructure, resilience, and broadband.

Revised FHWA Alternative Fuel Corridors Nomination and Designation Guidance
Charging and Fueling Infrastructure Program: Also called the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program, this provides $2.5 billion over 5 years through discretionary (competitive) grants to eligible entities.1 EV charging, hydrogen, propane (fleets only), and natural gas are included. Eligible sites may be corridors or other publicly accessible locations.
